I am a doctoral student in Education at Queen’s University, specializing in community‑engaged impact and program evaluation. My research and practice focus on culturally responsive leadership, equity‑oriented evaluation, and collaborative approaches to knowledge mobilization across educational and community contexts. I have extensive experience working with K-12 schools, post‑secondary institutions, and community organizations on evaluation design, qualitative research, and capacity‑building initiatives. Alongside my research, I have been an OCT and B.C qualitied teacher for over 10 years, and have worked as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, librarian and administrator at International Schools in China and Korea.
One of my ongoing major commitments is translating research into accessible, practice‑informed resources that support social change.
